Numerical Validation and MADM optimization of Various Geometries of MEMS Devices

The main objective of our project is to optimize the geometries of various MEMS devices (incl. Micro-beam, Power Sensor and Micro-mirror) so as to get the lowest possible actuation voltage for the devices. The geometries shortlisted for further analysis is then further analysed on ANSYS for relation of force applied with the actuation voltage. Effect on the actuation voltage by changing the parameters of the devices is also studied to optimize the geometries.
